CCA Community Lakehouse Retreat
Terms, Conditions & Liability Release

These Terms, Conditions, and Liability Release (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between:

Limitless Journey Life Coaching, LLC, facilitated by Talie Davis (“Organizer”), and the registering participant (“Participant”).

By registering for and attending the CCA Community Lakehouse Retreat (“Retreat”), and by clicking “I Agree” at checkout, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Retreat Overview

The CCA Community Lakehouse Retreat is a personal and professional development experience designed to provide space for reflection, clarity, coaching, connection, and growth.

The Retreat may include:

• Group coaching sessions
• Reflective exercises
• Workshops
• Group discussions
• Facilitated experiences
• Meals prepared by a contracted chef
• Activities at the designated retreat location

2. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment options (if applicable) will be selected at registration.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to limited capacity, secured venue booking, catering commitments, and advance planning expenses, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

If Participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another eligible participant with written approval from Organizer.

Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such case, Participant will be offered a credit or transfer option.

Travel expenses are the sole responsibility of Participant and are not reimbursable.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Participant understands that participation in the Retreat involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Travel-related risks
• Food-related risks
• Physical activity
• Emotional experiences
• Interaction with other participants
• Risks associated with the retreat venue

Participant voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses sustained during or related to the Retreat.

Participant hereby releases and holds harmless:

• Limitless Journey Life Coaching, LLC
• Talie Davis
• The contracted Chef
• The Chef’s staff
• Talie’s support staff
• Retreat volunteers
• The property owner and/or venue location
• Any affiliated contractors

from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in the Retreat, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4. Medical & Dietary Responsibility

Participant acknowledges that:

• They are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being.
• They must disclose any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the Retreat.
• The Chef will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Participant assumes responsibility for any medical conditions and agrees to seek appropriate medical care if necessary.

5. Emotional Responsibility

The Retreat may involve coaching and reflective experiences that evoke emotional responses.

Participant acknowledges:

• They are responsible for their own emotional well-being.
• The Retreat is not therapy.
• Organizer does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.

Participant agrees to seek professional support outside of the Retreat if needed.

6. Code of Conduct

Participant agrees to:

• Act respectfully toward other participants
• Maintain confidentiality of personal stories shared
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive. Removal does not entitle Participant to a refund.

7. Confidentiality

Participant agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared by other participants.

Organizer agrees:

• Personal stories shared during the Retreat will not be publicly disclosed without explicit permission.

8. Photo & Video Release

During the Retreat, photographs and video may be taken.

By attending, Participant grants permission for:

• Photographs
• Group images
• Event footage

to be used by Organizer for:

• Marketing
• Website content
• Social media
• Email communications
• Promotional materials

No personal stories or sensitive disclosures will be shared publicly without explicit additional consent.

Participant understands:

• No compensation will be provided for use of images.
• Media becomes property of Organizer.
• Participant may request exclusion from specific images by notifying Organizer in writing prior to or during the Retreat.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, frameworks, and content provided during the Retreat remain the intellectual property of Limitless Journey Life Coaching, LLC.

Participant may not reproduce, distribute, or teach Retreat materials without written consent.

10. Force Majeure

Organizer shall not be liable for delays or cancellation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or venue-related issues.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Participant and Organizer and supersedes all prior communications.

Acceptance

By registering for the Vision Clarity Retreat and clicking “I Agree,” Participant:

• Confirms understanding of the non-refundable policy
• Assumes all risks associated with participation
• Releases all listed parties from liability
• Agrees to confidentiality and code of conduct
• Grants photo and video usage rights as described
